Entrepreneurs are independent vendors in the marketplace. All vendors will comply with the rules of selling legal products or services. Vendors will refrain from selling illegal drugs, firearms, or explicit sexual content. Each facility is family-friendly, smoke-free, and ADA-accessible.
Ready to test the market? Not ready for a full event space? Give us your product(s) to sell on the consignment split of 60 consignee profit/40 consignor fee (comparable market rates are 30/70).
$30 Per 6 Feet space for one (1) day operation. Vendors are not selling products on site. Vendors are sharing information to secure future clients.
$90 Up to 10 x 10 space for (2) event dates (Save 10%).
$275 Pre-reserved (6) event dates (Compared to $300 over 10% savings).
On the day of the pop-up marketplace, we aspire to make sure everything runs smoothly. An onsite operations team will work with vendors and attendees to address any issues and provide clear communication channels. Contact us to confirm shared booths. Vendor duplication of products are limited to increase market share for all vendors.
Vendors have a variety of payment options Zelle, CashApp, Cash & Check. Booth space is on a first come (payment) first serve basis. Make checks (money orders preferred) payable to Simply Dreamy LLC (cleared checks required).
All vendors are solely responsible for the collection and reporting of all
taxes required by city, state, and federal laws.
All payments made to the Small Biz Marketplace (SBM) are non-refundable for any reason. For outside only events, if rained out, vendors will be given a credit for future event dates.
We are working to increase handmade or 100% designed by you products. We reserve the right to preview pictures of your products to confirm legal and safe products. SBM is committed to family-friendly shopping places.
Vendors start 2-3 hours before event open time (some locations will be the afternoon before the event). Breakdown starts immediately after the event ends. We discourage late setups or early breakdowns for safety reasons. Vendors are required to keep customer entrances accessible at all times.
All our markets are FREE to the general public. All markets are non-partisan places for free exchange of commerce.
We welcome the entire family and friends to our marketplaces. Markets are SMOKE-FREE. Well-managed pets are welcome to outdoor markets. Indoor events allow service animals only.
Cash is always accepted. Vendors should have credit card equipment on hand and QR code sign to accept ApplePay, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle and Paypal payments. Please make sure to cover sales tax fees.
We operate on a good-faith vendor disclosure basis. The information provided by vendors is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Return and refund of products and services is at the discretion of each vendor. Please check your pricing and product condition carefully BEFORE leaving each vendor space.
